Book Your Appointment

Select a convenient time for your test. We recommend avoiding intense exercise 24 hours before testing.

Pre-Test Preperations

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and shoes. Avoid heavy meals 5 hours before the test. (Come fasted and no caffiene)

Initial Biometric Questionaire

We will send you a pre-test questionnaire asking for your height, age, gender, weight and training goals.

Lay down while wearing our mask

No exercise is required, simply lay down and breathe into the mask for 10 min

Comprehensive Analysis

Our specialists analyse your data to determine your metabolic rate, fat & carb burn.

Results & Recommendations
